Manufacturer of chocolate and cocoa products, The Barry Callebaut Group, has announced that it has successfully acquired Europe Chocolate Company (ECC).
ECC is a privately-owned B2B manufacturer of chocolate specialties and decorations.
The integration is expected to begin immediately.
