Ferrero is moving into the premium chocolate bar space with its new Ferrero Rocher and Raffaello bars.
Both brands will be available in the shape of a 90g bar, which seven chocolatey flavours to choose from.
Their launch into the fast-growing premium chocolate bars category is expected to reinforce Ferrero’s competitive position within the premium chocolate market.
The new bars feature a ‘gentle’ dome on top of the square to recall the distinctive shape of the brands two iconic products. Inside is a refined chocolate base supporting a soft and creamy filling, covered with a top layer of chocolate mixed with crunchy pieces of hazelnuts or almonds.
The Ferrero Rocher Bars include milk, 55% dark and white chocolate combined with hazelnuts, almonds and salted caramel flavour, while the Raffaello ones are made of white chocolate blended with coconut, almonds and pineapple.
The new Ferrero Rocher and Raffaello Bars are now available in the UK and will be progressively rolled out in several markets across Europe. They will also be available outside of Europe during 2022.
