The CHOCOTECH GmbH, headquartered in Wernigerode, Germany, has been a significant system supplier of process and production equipment for the confectionery industry for over 104 years. CHOCOTECH offers solutions for soft and hard candy masses like jellies, chewy candies, hard candies, caramel, fondant, aerated candy masses, laminated candies, halwa as well as OTC soft and hard candies. The range is completed by chocolate processing machines such as the FROZENSHELL® shell forming machine, PRALIMAT® depositing and forming machine and the CHOCOFORM® PSL drum forming machine. The product range is wide-ranging and perfectly adapted to the market requirements.
The synergy between SOLLICH KG machines and CHOCOTECH GmbH cooking systems for the barline production offers our customers the opportunity to obtain the entire responsibility for the production process from a single supplier as a turnkey solution. This not only ensures efficiency, but also enables the production facilities to be commissioned in a way of a vertical start-up.
As a supplement to the CHOCOTECH cooking systems, CHOCOTECH offers CIP systems designed to be process-related to ensure safe, efficient, fast and sustainable cleaning of the cooking systems. Furthermore together with other manufacturers of confectionery machines, SWEET Connect was founded. CHOCOTECH is also part of this initiative. SweetConnect streamlines the entire workflow and gives the tools to improve the efficiency, predictability and profitability of the production processes.

Our high-performance process plants are fully PLC controlled and easy to operate, meeting the demands that the market and our customers have for us and our equipment. Additionally, CHOCOTECH offers individual training tailored to the requirements of our customers. Trials can be carried out together with our customers in the 600 m² state-of-the-art CIC (CHOCOTECH Innovation Centre) in Wernigerode. The laboratory is equipped with our complete range of equipment so that trials can be carried out for throughputs of 5 kg (benchtop trial) to 1,000 kg per hour.
