Products and technology
Their product portfolio consists of a lightline machine series, tailored to mastering standardised packaging tasks at an attractive price point; to full packaging lines that can accommodate packaging format changes, transitioning between different packaging materials and changes to your product, to optimise your efficiency and delivery.
Schubert, the inventors of the pick and place packaging machine, supply these machines that work with either naked or pre-packed products of various consistencies. Alongside, a wider portfolio including flow-wrapping, cartoners, case packers, filling, and thermoforming machines.
A complete solution tailored to your requirements.
Throughout the development of the Schubert group and subsidiary we have optimised availability and simplification of the packing process through the development of the 3D PARTBOX and the Cobot Tog.519.
The 3D printing PARTBOX allows you to print your own parts in-house, that are completely bespoke to your product, whilst the Tog.519. was developed to automate product feeding and packaging tasks to customers who have otherwise had complications with their current manual process. Capitalising on an AI vision system that takes only a handful of images and a matter of hours to learn your product; the Tog 519. took very literally ‘necessity being the mother of invention’. Schubert’s investment in research and development has resulted in a space saving intelligent Cobot, with an easy-to-use interface that doesn’t require any training.
Typical formats range from mixed box pralines, delicate premium bottle packaging, pouches, cases, fresh produce through to long life foods. From small batches to large batches handled safely and exclusively by tooling designed for the individual requirements, dimensions, and sensitivities of your product.
