German packaging specialist unveils next-generation chocolate wrapping and fully integrated, paper-based system solutions at interpack 2026.
At this year’s interpack 2026, LoeschPack is making a decisive statement about the future of packaging technology. Showcasing alongside its sister company Hastamat in Hall 14, booth C22, the company will present a broad portfolio of high-performance machines—anchored by a world premiere that signals a new era in chocolate packaging.
Central to the exhibition is a fully integrated packaging line developed jointly with Hastamat. Combining the FHW-S horizontal flow wrapping machine with the newly introduced KBM block bottom bag machine, the system demonstrates how sustainable, paper-based primary and secondary packaging can be seamlessly linked into one cohesive process. From product handling through to supermarket-ready packs, the line is designed to maximise efficiency while meeting growing demands for environmentally responsible solutions.
The highlight of LoeschPack’s presence, however, is its completely reimagined two-stage fold wrapping machine for chocolate bars. Developed from the ground up, the new system draws on decades of expertise and hundreds of completed projects worldwide. The result is a compact, high-performance machine that balances speed, precision, and flexibility with a strong emphasis on energy efficiency and ease of operation. Visitors to the stand will see the machine running live for the first time, offering a clear demonstration of how modern drive systems, optimised workflows, and intelligent design can raise the bar for productivity and product protection.
Beyond the premiere, LoeschPack is also presenting its RCB-HS wrapping-head machine, which delivers ultra-high-performance packaging for small chocolate products. By combining classic fold wrapping with a fully hermetic heat seal, the system produces packs that offer both premium visual appeal and maximum barrier protection. Using an all-around “film-to-film” seal—compatible with paper-based materials—the machine creates a tightly enclosed chamber that safeguards products even under challenging climatic conditions and long transport routes. With outputs of up to 600 products per minute, it is engineered for both speed and reliability in demanding production environments.
Complementing its primary packaging technologies, LoeschPack is also highlighting its capabilities in secondary packaging with the CMT cartoning machine from its C-series. Designed for high-volume applications, the system can process up to 2,100 products per minute during infeed and produce up to 200 display cartons per minute. Its modular architecture allows manufacturers to adapt the machine to a wide variety of formats and configurations, supporting everything from horizontal to upright product placement and accommodating different carton styles with ease.
Precision weighing, handled by Hastamat, completes the integrated approach. The CP14 multi-head weigher ensures accurate dosing and counting of pre-packaged products, handling both bulk and stick-shaped items on a single platform. With up to 140 weighments per minute, it offers a combination of speed, flexibility, and accuracy that aligns with the demands of modern production lines.
