Cama Group will run three fully operational packaging lines live at interpack 2026, showcasing flexible, high-performance automation and real-world applications across secondary and tertiary packaging.

During interpack 2026, Cama Group will give visitors the opportunity to experience the evolution of secondary and tertiary packaging firsthand, thanks to three complete production lines running live throughout the show at Hall 13, Stand A33.

These will not be simple static machines on display, but fully operational systems demonstrating real-world packaging applications, allowing visitors to closely evaluate performance, accessibility, operator interfaces and the overall level of automation.

Packaging solutions designed for maximum flexibility and hygiene

The solutions on show represent the full spectrum of Cama’s expertise in highly robotized packaging and are developed according to the BTG (Breakthrough Generation) design philosophy, which ensures flexibility in handling multiple formats, greater accessibility for maintenance teams and elevated hygiene standards for sectors such as food, beverage, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, home care and pet food. The underlying modular architecture makes it possible to tailor each line to specific application requirements, enabling scalable automation paths both for new installations and for revamping existing lines.

Showcasing advanced packaging machinery

Within the stand, Cama will present three key machines as the core of the live demonstrations: the CL169 continuous motion cartoner, the MTL monobloc top loader and the FW748wraparound case packer. In one area of the stand, visitors will discover the latest generation CL169 cartoner, designed to meet changing market demands with a cartoning approach that combines continuous-motion speed, increased repeatability and easier operation. In another area, they will find the MTL monobloc top loader, which brings complete carton and product handling together in a single frame, while the FW748 wraparound case packer will serve as the benchmark solution for wraparound case packing with advanced changeover systems.

Machine enhancement programme demonstrations

The FW748 will also act as the demonstration platform for key elements of the Machine Enhancement Programme (MEP), Cama’s collaborative robotics initiative for end-of-line automation. Positioned alongside the case packer, an Automated Carton Loader (ACL) and an Automated Case Palletiser (ACP) are designed to remove the limitations and slowdowns associated with repetitive manual tasks before and after the packaging process. The MEP offering is completed by Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR) for internal logistics, creating an automation ecosystem that extends beyond the packaging machines themselves and can also be integrated into third‑party lines.

Firsthand insights for packaging professionals

For packaging engineers, production managers and operations directors, the presence of these three production‑ready lines, running continuously for the entire duration of the exhibition, will provide the opportunity to see proven technology in action, ask detailed technical questions and understand how Cama’s combination of proprietary robotics, advanced controls and modular architecture translates into long‑term reliable solutions, year after year.
