Two iconic names in the U.S. snacking industry—REESE’S and OREO®—have joined forces to release a pair of collaborative products: the REESE’S OREO® Cup and the OREO® REESE’S Cookie. The launch marks a significant alignment between The Hershey Company and Mondelēz International, parent companies of the respective brands.

Responding directly to consistent consumer demand—evident across social media platforms where fans have long experimented with combining the two flavours—this dual-product collaboration merges the top-performing candy and cookie brands in the U.S. snack category.

“This collaboration redefines what it means to be a snacking leader by tapping into exactly what our fans are asking for,” said Michelle Deignan, Vice President, OREO® U.S., Mondelēz International. “At OREO, we’re focused on breaking into cultural conversations with partnerships that are both timely and rooted in consumer insights.”

The collaboration is being positioned as more than just a novelty. According to both companies, the launch is the result of deliberate product innovation and a shared commitment to staying ahead of consumer expectations in an increasingly crowded snacking market.

REESE’S OREO® Cup
This product combines REESE’S signature milk chocolate and white creme peanut butter cups with OREO® cookie crumbs. The cups will be offered in Standard, King Size, and Miniature formats, with a presale launching on August 18 via The Hershey’s Store. Nationwide retail availability will begin in September 2025, and the product is expected to become a permanent addition to the REESE’S portfolio.

OREO® REESE’S Cookie
This offering features classic OREO® chocolate sandwich cookies filled with REESE’S peanut butter-flavored creme infused with OREO® cookie crumbs. A presale also begins August 18, with early access available via OREO.com/UnwrapTheCollab which started on July 30. Retail rollout is scheduled for September 2025, with a full portfolio return planned for January 2026.
