Amsterdam will host the 14th edition of Chocoa and the third Amsterdam Cocoa Week from 16 to 22 February 2026, bringing together stakeholders from across the global cocoa and chocolate sector.
The events follow Amsterdam Cocoa Week 2025 and will again position the city as a meeting point for sustainability, trade, innovation and policy discussions linked to the cocoa value chain.
Amsterdam Cocoa Week 2026 will centre on three core events: the World Cocoa Foundation (WCF) Partnership Meeting, the Chocoa Conference and Trade Fair, and the Cacao of Excellence Awards ceremonies. These programmes will be delivered under the shared Amsterdam Cocoa Week framework, with organisers aiming to link business, sustainability initiatives, government, finance and research.
Scheduled activities during the week include the WCF Partnership Meeting and Innovation Market Place, as well as sessions linked to the Cocoa & Forests Initiative. Chocoa programming will include its conference and trade fair, the Chocolate Makers’ Forum, financial and market-focused courses, transport and trade events, and a series of culinary masterclasses. The Grand Diner du Chocolat will also return.
Consumer-facing events will take place over the weekend of 21–22 February, with the Amsterdam Chocolate Festival featuring tastings, demonstrations and entertainment.
In addition to the main programme, a number of partner-led side events are expected throughout the week, including product launches, innovation showcases and industry meetings.
Most events will be held at Beurs van Berlage in central Amsterdam. Professional events are scheduled from 16–22 February, with consumer events running on 21–22 February.
Further programme details will be published via the Chocoa and Amsterdam Cocoa Week websites.
