Radini bread line, our compact solution
Following the successful launch of the Radini laminating and make-up line, we are proud to introduce the Radini bread line. With a processing capacity of up to 1,200 kg of dough per hour and a working width of 600 or 800 millimetres, the line enables production without the need for dough rework.
This innovative system is ideal for processing both firm and soft fermented doughs. It is equipped with a dynamic dough pre-sheeter (DPS) capable of handling different dough types such as green dough, rye dough, multigrain dough and sourdough. A wide range of products can be formed. From baguettes and batards to square rolls, ciabattas and focaccias.
The line automates the production of different types of bread, either fully or partially. It enables the production of a uniform dough sheet, which can then be used to make unique hand-shaped bread products.
