Winkler und Dünnebier Süßwarenmaschinen will showcase advanced depositing technologies and flexible confectionery production solutions at interpack 2026, highlighting precision, hygiene and scalable systems across a wide range of product applications.

Confectionery machinery from Winkler und Dünnebier Süßwarenmaschinen GmbH (WDS) is world-renowned for maximum depositing accuracy and the reliability of depositor machines “made in Germany”. WDS covers the entire spectrum of deposited masses with depositing temperatures ranging from 20 °C to over 150 °C.

WDS will be represented at interpack 2026 in Hall 1 at Stand B66. The owner-managed company showcases innovative solutions and services that enable WDS customers to compete and grow in the global confectionery market.

On the 650 m2 exhibition stand, WDS presents solutions for all confectionery sectors: Chocolate, mogul, starchless, toffee, fondant and hard candy. WDS customers benefit from this broad spectrum and deep technical know-how. Alongside machine exhibits, WDS highlights its exceptional service performance for existing plants.

Among the highlights at the exhibition stand is the MogulPRO with its maintenance-friendly pusher system and sophisticated features for tray stacking and filling, product cleaningand depositing.

Jelly products get that certain something not only from their geometry and texture, but also from their post-treatment. At interpack, a special small-scale post-treatment drum will be presented, which stands out due to its hygienic design and CIP capability.

An EasyClean depositor machine for chocolate exemplifies how easily existing confectionery lines can be upgraded with a new WDS depositor machine – regardless of the manufacturer – to broaden the range of confectionery that can be produced.

For the laboratory and pilot production sector, WDS is showcasing a ConfecVARIO-Loop with a universal depositor section and a docked scraper section for chocolate lids. The chainless, flexible drive system enables versatile point and ribbon deposit applications, which are configured via the HMI without mechanical intervention. Here too, the heart of the system is the EasyClean depositor section, which, thanks to the flexible drive concept, is suitable for solid or filled products as well as for manufacturing products with large ingredients such as whole nuts and dried fruits.

At WDS, your product is our central focus – whether it involves innovative confectionery design, the use of novel ingredients, or identifying the ideal manufacturing process.

To this end, Winkler und Dünnebier Süßwarenmaschinen has two laboratory facilities for chocolate and jelly. WDS has specialised laboratory depositor systems for all product sectors, which are selected specifically for the mass in question and are scalable to large-scale plants. At interpack, WDS is showcasing a selection of these systems, demonstrating that small details are often crucial to your success.

Product-specific machine design and automation

Proven machines and manufacturing technologies are continuously optimised by the in-house mechanical and electrical design teams. Ease of maintenance, rapid format part changeovers and intuitive operation are fundamental elements of every WDS design. WDS addresses your requirements for hygiene, certification, production efficiency, start-up and training.

In-house production from component parts to the finished confectionery machine

For the optimum depositing result, WDS relies on a high degree of vertical integration, manufacturing its own precision parts at its German site. The versatile array of machinery, featuring state-of-the-art milling and drilling machines, paired with the long-standing experience of the WDS workforce, transforms individual metal components into high-precision depositor systems.
